lets see thursday is `actor night` and i am not sure where you dined but from what i read, you mustve sat at the bar, with the BARTENDER, not manager, Joe. i am sorry you had a bad experience as you say but there is something else here. you mustve dined at the bar and considering its is such a busy night at frankies, maybe, unfortunatley you didnt get the service you deserved. i am guessing if Joe told you not to come back, then you mustve had a little too much to drink. i am the daughter of Frankie and we are a family restaraunt. if you are saying the Joe came over to the table, i am calling your bluff. Frankie, my father, works every thursday and wouldve been the one you spoke to had you sat at a table with a problem. i would love for you to give us an opportunity to show you what we are really all about. and next time you come in please ask for me.- Is follow up to post by jasonholland ...
My fiance and I tried Frankie's on Friday night at the recommendation of my Uncle (a Frankie's regular and h'wood heavyweight). Our experience was better than average. TONIGHT, we dined in and the service and food was TERRIBLE! I mean bad! Hot food was cold and the bread plates had old food crusted to them. We asked the manager, a guy named Joe, about our meals and he told us not to come back if we didn't like the restaurant! This restaurant sucks and we, including my uncle and his friends, will not be coming back. Nice Joe... -- 3/30/2006 12:19:51 AM
